Initial Enquiry
When making an enquiry we would appreciate if you could supply the following details
  • Type of event
  • Date
  • Venue & Location
  • Start & Finish Times
  • Service required(disco/Karaoke/both etc)
  • Approximate number of guests (enables us to judge room size)

Fees
From this information we would normally be able to provide an instant quote fully inclusive of all equipment and travel costs. As every event is unique quotes are supplied on an individual basis.

The Booking Process
Upon a verbal agreement we collect personal information and send you a booking form. To secure your chosen date we require one signed copy of the form returned, along with the specified deposit, by the date as shown on the booking form. Upon receipt of this we will write to you to confirm the booking and clarify deposits paid and the outstanding balance due.

Contracts
For peace of mind the booking form along with the terms and conditions as specified constitute a binding contract. This shows our commitment to you and your event and avoids any misunderstanding.

Payments
Payment in full is due 14 days prior to the event, unless other wise specified. We accept cheques, cash and online transfers,please do not send cash in the post. Any monies paid will be receipted.
